Role Purpose The Finance Analyst supports the finance function in the preparation & support of financial information & analysis. Requirements Qualifications & Key Experiences: Bachelor\’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role Studying for or intending to pursue accountancy qualifications Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modelling and presentation skills are a plus Familiarity with financial software (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Accountability) is preferred Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collegiately with finance colleagues & business customers Responsibilities: Provide relevant & accurate information to support commercial decisions Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting, forecasts & annual budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insight Work with finance colleagues to monitor revenue & pipeline forecasts Assist in the development of client profitability analysis Monitoring of key cost drivers by capability & type of spend Review market information to support financial insight Provide ad-hoc financial analysis on project work Benefits Renowned Team Days often throughout the year Summer Away Days 23 standard days of holiday (+ 1 Birthday, +2 for a ‘Big Life Event\’ and +1 Admin Day), closure of office over Christmas (plus Bank Holidays) Discretionary Bonus based on company performance Performance Reviews every 6 months with discretionary salary increases Private healthcare (Vitality) and/or Health Care Plan (Medicash) Mobile phone contribution Sport Challenge contribution Gym membership contribution 2x annual kit drops Our recruitment process will be honest & thorough, and so will our roles.
