Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Delivery and Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets with a core focus on Ryder Cup 2027 and selected DP World Tour Events. Implement strategies to drive revenue growth in line with organisational goals.
  • Team Collaboration and Project Success: Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the Ryder Cup and DP World Tour reputations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Lead sales for a given event, requiring a broad commercial understanding of margin, costs, pricing and operational fulfilment. Participate and take a leading role in team initiatives that contribute to project achievements, including role‑modelling best practice in sales activities.
  • Sales Execution and Data Management: Proactively pursue sales targets and objectives set by the Premium Sales Manager and Head of Premium Experiences. Ensure accurate data entry into the CRM system (Salesforce), maintaining rich customer data. Manage a detailed pipeline document, including sales estimates for reporting purposes.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work towards and achieve performance targets.
  • Proven track record of selling high‑value products or services, ideally in a sports hospitality or ticketing context.
  • Works well within a small team, and is excited to navigate being part of a larger organisation with the ability to build relationships across both.
  • Resilient mindset with a strong motivation to succeed.
  • Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong commitment to preparation and planning.

Key Attributes

  • High energy and a creative approach to selling premium products.
  • 1–2 years sales experience (ideally within hospitality/sport).
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast‑paced team environment.
  • Leadership and stakeholder relationships skills (internal & external).
  • Self‑discipline and focus, with a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
  • Willing to work flexibly and able to attend and work at events which may take place over weekends.
