Two Circles is a global sports agency, connecting fans with sport properties using data. We work with some of the world’s biggest sports organisations – including the NFL, Premier League, Formula 1, Wimbledon and UEFA – and have four times been named Sport Industry Agency of the Year. We have a team of just over 550 Two Circlers working from six offices across the world (London, New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Bern and Melbourne) who work cross-region to service our expanding international client base. Our content team engages with audiences and brands to tell stories through social media, and advises our clients on areas of content optimisation. We look after an amassed community of over 600 million followers across some of the biggest accounts in sports. Our award-winning in-house team spans across Strategy, Insights, Studio and Production.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a smart, dynamic and ambitious person interested in working for sport’s most exciting agency at our London (Holborn) office.

The Junior Creative Editor is a member of the studio team with a good motion design skillset and editing skills, who collaborates with the Studio team to produce scroll-stopping content. Working across video projects, the Junior Creative Editor’s strength is editing, with a particular eye for energetic, socially optimised content. They can also create basic motion elements and interweave these into their editing, enhancing video content with creative flourishes. Vertical video for platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels Stories will be a key part of the Junior Creative Editor’s output. They should bring a "social-first" mindset, tailoring edits to suit each platform’s tone and format to maximise engagement. They will also plan for multi-aspect ratio workflows where appropriate. They are technically proficient in editing and motion-related software, have a good eye for pacing and tone, and a good editorial sense. They will also have strong written English skills as subtitling will be required for the majority of their edits. Comfortable working independently with oversight and direction from senior members of the team, they are equally adept at collaborating with a team and seek out opportunities for learning and development. They are a creative thinker able to visualise concepts and are confident expressing ideas to the internal team.

WHAT MIGHT YOU BE WORKING ON?

  • Editing archive footage from the Premier League and adding motion elements to enhance the storytelling and engagement of the video
  • Cutting and adding animated text to an interview for World Rugby to elevate the source material
  • Vertical re-formatting and subtitling of player interviews for FIFPRO
  • Taking part in ideation sessions for Formula E ahead of their new season and offering ideas to elevate reactive race clips
  • Create quality motion-enhanced edits, tailored for social media
  • Be aware of and respond to current design and culture trends, whilst staying up to date with industry and technological developments
  • Contribute with ideation and creative direction for projects

You’ll typically work during standard Monday-Friday office hours, but flexibility is essential, especially during major sporting events and tournaments, where some evening or weekend work may be required.

MUST HAVES

  • Good editing skills, with a focus on high-energy social-first content
  • Strong vertical editing skills and the ability to re-format content to other aspect ratios as required
  • Basic motion design skills
  • A basic understanding of audio-mixing and colour correction within Adobe CC
  • Good sound design skills
  • Strong written English and efficient subtitling skills
  • Good teamworking, communication and organisational skills
