Working in a fast and dynamic environment, supporting clients remotely will be your primary task. With on-the-job training and the opportunity to learn new skills and methodologies, we will soon expect you to:
- Assist customers with questions about their data and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure that customers get the most out of their data and tools as the 'super user' of the applications.
- Maintain up-to-date technological skills and quickly master new software programs.
- Manage large amounts of complex information and data for clients, showcasing your analytical skills.
- Have a feeling for Marketing and Campaign management.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the data warehouse.
- Help manage the support ticket system.
- Run SQL scripts to deploy internal products and make changes to databases.
- Write simple SQL scripts to produce counts/extract data for targeted campaigns.
Requirements:
- You have at least a Bachelor's degree in either science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- You are proactive and flexible, not frightened of ad hoc activities.
- You possess a nice, smooth personality, are enthusiastic, representative, service-oriented, social, independent, and communicative.
- You do not shy away from small operational activities.
- You communicate easily in English, both orally and in writing. Dutch, Spanish, German, or French is a plus.
- You love to learn and work with new software, products, and technologies.
- You have an affinity with data and software, comfortable handling, analyzing, and manipulating large amounts of data.
- You are a proactive and flexible self-starter.
- You have excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SQL, HTML, relational databases, or design would be a plus, but not required.
