Two Circles is a global sports agency, connecting fans with sport properties using data. We work with some of the world’s biggest sports organisations – including the NFL, Premier League, Formula 1, Wimbledon and UEFA – and have four times been named Sport Industry Agency of the Year. We have a team of just over 550 Two Circlers working from six offices across the world (London, New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Bern and Melbourne) who work cross-region to service our expanding international client base. Our content team engages with audiences and brands to tell stories through social media, and advises our clients on areas of content optimisation. We look after an amassed community of over 600 million followers across some of the biggest accounts in sports. Our award-winning in-house team spans across Strategy, Insights, Studio and Production.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a smart, dynamic and ambitious person interested in working for sport’s most exciting agency at our London (Holborn) office.

ROLE SUMMARY
  • Lead creative and production delivery across sports/entertainment focused clients, operating as both producer and hands-on shooter where required.
  • Manage the end-to-end production process, collaborating closely with clients, creative teams and client services to ensure exceptional content delivery.
  • Take ownership of filming on smaller shoots, confidently managing agile, run-and-gun setups while maintaining high production value.
  • On larger productions, work alongside Directors of Photography, camera operators and wider crew, contributing editorial direction while supporting technical execution.
  • Ensure consistency in quality, style and tone across diverse client projects, particularly within sports narratives.
  • Coordinate deliverables to align with production schedules and client objectives (formats, cutdowns, vertical edits, teasers, etc.).
  • Lead and mentor a team of video assistant producers, editors and motion graphics designers across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ideate, create and execute innovative video concepts that drive engagement and meet client KPIs, particularly across social platforms.
  • Contribute to pitching and new business opportunities with creative insight and production expertise.
Requirements
  • At least five years in video production, with a track record of leading and delivering high-impact content that drives results.
  • Proven ability to strategically plan, organise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all resources are efficiently utilised and deadlines and budgets are consistently met.
  • Experience in guiding video content from concept to completion, with hands-on participation in every stage of the creative process.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with a talent for motivating and nurturing a creative team to achieve their highest potential.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, vital for fostering solid relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Quick-thinking and adaptable, with a knack for navigating unexpected challenges and keeping projects on track with innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting engaging narratives through video, with a passion for original and innovative approaches.
  • In-depth knowledge of optimizing video content for social media, including expertise in vertical video production and awareness of the latest trends in digital content.
  • A deep passion for sports, coupled with a strong understanding of its impact, especially concerning youth and internet culture trends.
  • Confidently operate professional cinema cameras (ideally Sony FX3 or similar).
  • Comfortable delivering high-quality content in agile, fast-moving environments, including independently shooting interviews, lighting and setting up clean, professional interview environments, capturing high-quality audio, framing and composing dynamic visuals aligned to brand guidelines, managing compact run-and-gun setups with minimal crew.
  • Proficiency in editing within the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro / After Effects).
