Two Circles is a leading sports and entertainment marketing business dedicated to growing audiences and revenues through the power of data and insights. We work with some of the most iconic sports brands and rights holders globally including the Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. Our team is comprised of passionate and talented individuals who thrive in an innovative and collaborative environment. Two Circles' journey has been heavily centered on our work with rights holders, but our brand business is growing fast. The work we are doing now spans the full partnership lifecycle from strategy, through acquisition, to activation and measurement.

We are hiring for a Senior Account Director to bring some additional hands-on activation experience, to help service existing clients, but also to help win and deliver new work too. We believe we have a powerful proposition to start writing the next chapter for sponsorship and to build an amazing part of our business focused on delivering more for brands!

Requirements

  • Brilliant delivery: ensures any and all activation-related projects are delivered with the care and class that sets our business apart. We’ll of course love to lean on your experience around developing and executing impactful activations, but we’ll also be looking for you to bring new ideas and an ability to bring cross-functional teams together and make multiple workstreams ‘harmonise’. We’d also want this to be the basis of you becoming the trusted and go-to partner of our clients, gaining respect at all levels and being seen as a reliable leader and point-person for some of our senior client base.
  • Growing our brand facing business: to support and drive the growth of our brand facing business, by actively contributing to what we do from a business development standpoint. The best Two Circlers aren’t sitting around waiting for the next opportunity, but rather they’re helping us find and convert our next win. We’d expect you (alongside your delivery work) to help develop our brand proposition and be engaged in our business development activities…and experiencing the thrill of the win!
