We are Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues by understanding fans best. We work with clients to help them understand and influence fan behaviour, including spending habits, event attendance, channel responses, and content consumption. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike, and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, delivering work for sports and entertainment businesses worldwide.
We are hiring a Partner Manager, with expertise in commercial operations, to join our growing Sponsorship team within the Partnership Management function. You will account manage key sponsors within a portfolio, initially on behalf of UEFA Women’s Football, working as an extension of their team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing day-to-day relationships with partners and fulfilling their rights packages, including strategy, activation, analysis, and evaluation.
You will lead the relationship with the rightsholder’s Commercial Operations team, focusing on onsite delivery for partners, as well as projects such as accreditation, ticketing, and commercial events. You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, social, digital, CRM, legal, and more. The role will involve occasional European travel.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and activating partnerships for major brands within sports or entertainment
- Expertise in commercial operations – both on and off site
- New ideas and an entrepreneurial approach to delivering value for sponsors
- A proactive, can-do approach to account management, constantly interrogating our work and suggesting new solutions/opportunities
- An interest in building lasting relationships with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders
- Experience in delivering commercial or corporate events
- A thorough understanding of the sports sponsorship industry
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail
- Fluent written and spoken English
