We help clients understand and influence how fans spend their money, which events they attend, the channels they respond to and the content they watch - and we use that understanding to grow their direct-to-consumer and business-to-business revenues. Our Media Rights team helps the world's biggest sports rights holders understand the value of their media rights and sell them for more. As an Analyst, you'll sit at the centre of that work - turning viewership, audience and market data into the insights that shape our advice, our pitches and the deals we deliver.
What you’ll be doing
- Media Rights Consulting – Analyse large datasets including viewership, fan demographics, social media performance or media revenue data to derive insights and design strategies for clients. Build high-quality documents presenting these insights in a clear and impactful way.
- Business Development – Contribute to the development of proposals for Two Circles to represent global media rights or conduct advisory work for top tier sports rights holders.
- Sales Support – Collaborate with the sales team to build best-in‑class sales materials anchored in fan insights. Manage client reporting throughout sales processes.
- Rights Delivery – Work closely with the media partnerships team to source live viewership and social media analytics from media partners to monitor the performance of rights distributed by Two Circles.
- Market Intelligence & Analysis – Proactively monitor external market trends and media rights deal activity. Contribute to Two Circles media rights thought leadership activity.
What we’re looking for
- 1+ year working in the sports media rights industry for a broadcaster, an agency or a rights holder.
- Existing knowledge of the global media landscape and media rights market.
- Growth mindset, seeking out feedback and always willing to learn.
- A proactive approach and strong work ethic evidenced in both academic and extracurricular activity.
- A natural problem‑solver, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - comfortable keeping internal teams updated and confident building trusted relationships with clients.
- Research oriented individual with strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- A sharp eye for detail, with the ability to spot discrepancies in data and ensure accuracy across dashboards, reports, and campaign builds.
- Basic experience with Microsoft Excel.
