We work with clients to help them influence fan behaviour, including spending habits, event attendance, and content consumption. What you will do
Two Circles has built a bespoke Data Management & Data Analytics Platform. You will be responsible for implementing components of this platform, working closely with our Product and Data & BI Engineering teams to understand the Platform and our Consulting teams to implement client requirements through solution consulting, technical design, and platform implementation.
- Work with Consulting, Product, and Data & BI Engineering Teams to define client requirements.
- Design an end-to-end data flow to meet those requirements, articulating technical needs to Consulting teams based on Platform features.
- Create a detailed technical document to support the solution.
- Challenge requirements to deliver the best solutions for clients.
- Identify feature gaps within the Platform and work with Product and Data & BI Engineering Teams to scope development needed to address these gaps.
- Use our bespoke Data Management Hub to implement client solutions, including configuration of data ingestion, mapping, opt-in tracking, customer matching, analytics dashboards, and third-party software integrations.
- Utilise tools like SQL, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory to test and reconcile integrated data.
- Collaborate with our Tech Ops Team to transition clients into live support.
- Work with Consulting and Delivery Management teams to develop and enhance processes.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Up to 2 years of experience in requirements gathering and documentation in a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst role.
- Experience analysing data, ideally using SQL or Python, with an understanding of relational databases.
- Excellent communication skills, able to adapt based on the audience and articulate understanding of problems and solutions.
- Proven experience in process definition and documentation, building, reviewing, and improving processes and tooling for project efficiency.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
- Experience working with end Platform users to scope and define solutions and translate these into technical requirements.
Desire to learn about new technology and the sports industry, excellent problem-solving skills, willingness to work with ambiguity, pride in work, and determination to deliver for clients are essential.
