We are Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues by understanding fans best. We work with clients to help them understand and influence fan behaviour, including spending habits, event attendance, channel responses, and content consumption. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1000 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike, and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 15 offices, delivering work for sports and entertainment businesses worldwide.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning relationships with media partners and broadcasters for our clients, ensuring seamless communication to internal and external departments.
- Delivering onboarding and demo sessions to media partners on behalf of our clients across broadcast operations, content access, bookings, accreditation, and more.
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders including agencies, social, digital, CRM, commercial operations, broadcast operations, ticketing, legal, and finance.
- Facilitating in-person workshops with 100+ attendees, playing a key role across operational aspects as well as content development.
- Contributing to Performance Reporting and Insights Delivery during the rights cycle, ensuring partners maximise engagement opportunities and fulfil coverage and other contractual obligations.
- Contributing to the delivery of viewership growth initiatives, working closely with Two Circles content production and marketing teams.
- Proactive opportunity development with key broadcast partners to maintain strong relationships across all core capabilities.
- Supporting the set-up between Two Circles Partnership Management and our clients, as well as developing structures and processes for new opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years managing and activating media/broadcast partnerships for premium sports properties.
- Existing knowledge of live media production and broadcast operations is an advantage.
- A brilliant communicator and relationship builder who is confident and can creatively solve problems and create value.
- A proactive, can-do approach to account management, constantly interrogating our work and suggesting new processes and opportunities.
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- An interest in sport, particularly women's football.
- Willingness and ability to travel across Europe and the Americas.
