We work with clients to help them influence fan behaviour, including spending habits, event attendance, channel responses, and content consumption. What you will do
Two Circles has built a bespoke Data Management & Data Analytics Platform. You will be responsible for implementing components of this platform, working with our Product and Data & BI Engineering teams to understand the Platform and our Consulting teams to implement client requirements through solution consulting, technical design, and platform implementation, playing a vital role in our clients' digital transformation.
- Work with Consulting, Product, and Data & BI Engineering Teams to define client requirements.
- Design an end-to-end data flow to meet those requirements, articulating technical requirements to Consulting teams based on available features and functionality.
- Create a detailed technical document to support the solution.
- Challenge requirements to deliver the best solution for clients and maximise value.
- Identify feature gaps within the Platform and work with Product and Data & BI Engineering Teams to scope development required to fulfil these gaps.
- Use our bespoke Data Management Hub to implement client solutions, including configuration of data ingestion, mapping, opt-in tracking, customer matching, analytics dashboards, and third-party software integrations.
- Use tools like SQL, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory to test and reconcile integrated data.
- Work with our Tech Ops Team to transition clients into live support.
- Collaborate with Consulting and Delivery Management teams to develop and enhance processes.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Up to 2 years experience in requirements gathering and documentation in a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst role.
- Experience analysing data, ideally using SQL or Python, with an understanding of relational databases.
- Excellent communication skills, able to adapt communication based on the audience and articulate understanding of problems and solutions.
- Process definition and documentation experience.
- Proven experience in building, reviewing, and improving processes and tooling for project efficiency.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
- Experience working with end Platform users to scope and define solutions and translate these into technical requirements.
The above skills are important and will significantly aid the role. There will also be new technologies and processes to work with, so the right attitude is crucial.
