We are Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business that grows audiences and revenues by understanding fans best. We work with clients to help them understand and influence fan behaviour, including spending habits, event attendance, and content consumption. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1000 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike, and Amazon.

Since 2017, Two Circles has been UEFA’s exclusive sales agency for UEFA Women’s Football (UWF) commercial partners, managing marketing rights to various competitions. In 2024, our appointment by UEFA and UC3 was extended for the 2025/26 to 2029/30 Cycle, expanding our responsibilities to global media rights distribution and partner management.

The Two Circles Partnerships Manager will account manage key partners within the UWF portfolio, which includes brands like PepsiCo, Amazon, Vodafone, Adidas, and Carlsberg. Our role in partnership management focuses on delivering exceptional service while creating value for our partners, transforming future revenue potential.

Requirements:

  • Day-to-day management of several partners across the UWF portfolio.
  • Ensure effective delivery of rights and support partners’ marketing activations and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to commercial partners, guiding rights usage and marketing activations.
  • Coordinate and lead account status meetings and support reporting and performance tracking.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders across various areas.
  • Travel within Europe to visit UEFA/UC3 and commercial partners as required.

We are looking for a Partner Manager who will bring:

  • Proven experience (c. 5 years) of managing and activating partnerships for major brands in sports, ideally European football.
  • A strong ability to demonstrate partnership ROI through data analysis.
  • A proactive approach to account management, suggesting new solutions and opportunities.
  • Experience in building lasting relationships with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Excellent planning, time management, and organisational skills.
  • A thorough understanding of the sports sponsorship industry.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; other languages beneficial.
