The Role: A True One-of-a-Kind
There is nothing else like this role available in the area. We aren't just looking for an employee; we’re looking for a multitasking dynamo who can seamlessly switch gears from the science of roasting to the hands-on tech of espresso machines. No experience? No problem. You don't need a background in coffee to apply. We provide full, top-tier roastery and technical training to the right person. If you have the drive, we will teach you the craft.
What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day
- The Roast Master: Sourcing high-quality green coffee beans and roasting them to perfection while hitting daily KPIs.
- The Tech Guru: Installing coffee machinery for our awesome B2B customers and training them how to use it like pros.
- The Ambassador: Packing up fresh coffee, visiting clients, and bringing the Two Chimps energy to events.
- The Thinker: Using your autonomy to problem-solve on the fly and find ways to help us grow into the future.
