Two Bridges Academy is seeking an enthusiastic HR Advisor to join its People & Culture team in Thornbury, England. You will advise managers on employee relations, support casework, recruitment, onboarding and lifecycle processes.
You’ll be the first point of contact for people queries, help deliver wellbeing and engagement initiatives, support policy reviews and reporting, and drive continuous improvement. CIPD Level 5 or progress toward it would be advantageous.
