We are looking for a Teacher with a strong background in Primary Education, including experience teaching pupils across the primary age range from Reception to Year 6 and delivering a broad and balanced curriculum across a variety of subjects. You will understand the needs of pupils with complex SEND and share our passion for creating a learning environment that nurtures, challenges, and celebrates every child.
Role overview:
As a Teacher, you will have a vital role in making a positive impact on the lives of our students and their families. Drawing on your experience of teaching across the primary phase, you will plan, deliver, and assess a personalised and holistic curriculum that supports pupils to achieve their individual goals, develop communication and social skills, access therapeutic support, and overcome barriers to learning.
You will provide strong leadership and direction to the class team, ensuring effective systems are in place to enable the classroom to run smoothly and support pupils in successfully navigating the school day. You will also build positive relationships with families, working in partnership with them and offering professional support in a compassionate and effective manner.
