As a Lunch Break Supervisor you will play a key role in making a meaningful difference to the lives of our pupils and their families. You will do this through supporting pupils with their self‑care needs, ensuring they have positive playtimes and enabling them to take steps towards increasing their independence. You will help to maintain a calm and safe environment at lunchtimes.

Two Bridges Academy is a specialist SEND school that opened in September 2024 and, in a short time, has established an exceptional educational offer for our pupils. As we move towards our final phase of growth in September 2026, we are now seeking to expand our team by appointing Lunch Break Supervisors. We are designated as a provision for pupils with SLD and PMLD, with a large proportion of our cohort having ASC or SLCN identified as the primary need on their EHCP. Our provision is carefully adapted to meet the diverse needs of all pupils.

Position Details

  • £4,212 per annum.
  • Permanent.
  • 10.00 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 11.30am‑1.30pm, term time only plus 6 Inset Days.
  • Lunchbreak Supervisor (LBS) Full Time Equivalent (FTE) £24,796, Actual Salary: £4,212, per annum, plus generous sick pay and pension scheme.
