Our focus is on providing outstanding client service, through expert, clear advice and assistance with Lending matters, delivered in a professional and engaged way that leads to high levels of client satisfaction. We work together at all levels of our team to create a supportive and pro-active environment to achieve this.
This role gives you a chance to start your career in the field of law where you will primarily provide comprehensive file support to the team and within the micro team within which they work. These micro teams are specifically:
- Onboarding: taking new clients on;
- Completions: arranging for funds to be paid out by Lender clients to the Borrowers;
- Post Completion: ensuring all transactions are recorded with the relevant government body, and then tracking and presenting deeds to the Lender clients.
This will include but will not be limited to the main responsibilities given below. The Legal Assistant is expected to use a high degree of self-management and initiative.
