Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and enhancement of our Vision system, ensuring all features are efficiently tested and meet business needs.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into innovative solutions.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth deployment of new features.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand challenges, identify requirements, and maximise the return on investment.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to internal teams.
- Develop user surveys, training materials, and release notes to educate customers and staff.
- Organise focus groups and gather insights to inform future product developments.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring seamless integration and usability.
Requirements
- Experience: Product development, Product Ownership, or project management.
- Technical Know-How: Working with developers, delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Communication: Strong stakeholder engagement, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of logistics operations, drivers’ hours rules, vehicle maintenance, training, and compliance.
- Problem Solver: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a knack for process improvement.
- Passion & Drive: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn and innovate.
