The Role of Key Account Manager:

This is a field/home based role within our client's specification team. As Key Account Manager, you will be tasked with winning and managing residential new build and repair projects across London and the South East. You will champion the company's leading range of HVAC products targeting Regional Developers and M&E Contractors. The route to market is via M&E contractors and Regional Developers. The successful Key Account Manager will work with existing accounts ensuring that new projects are secured. You will inherit a strong pipeline with strong pre-existing relationships. Your objective will be to secure new specifications with upcoming projects.

The Candidate requirements for the Key Account Manager role:

  • You must have at least 2 years experience selling HVAC or KBB or Electrical products.
  • Experience in winning specifications with Regional Developers / M&E Contractors is advantageous.
  • Sectors of interest: underfloor heating, boilers, heat pumps, air sourced heat pumps, plumbing, building plastics, rads, radiators, ventilation, air conditioning, heat recovery units, heating controls, air movement, regional developers, house builders, M&E contractors, M&E consultants, fans, electrical.
