The Role:

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our nursery team at Twizzle Tops Peterborough. As a Level 3 Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care, supporting children’s learning and development, and creating a warm, safe and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. You will work closely with your Room Leader and Nursery Manager, contributing to a positive team culture and ensuring best practice is embedded in everyday routines.

We’re Looking for Someone Who Will:

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Support children’s learning through play-based, child-led experiences
  • Build positive, nurturing relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with the Room Leader and wider team
  • Observe, assess and plan for children’s next steps in learning
  • Uphold safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare requirements at all times
  • Support inclusion and meet the individual needs of all children
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to a well-organised learning environment
  • Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an Early Years setting
  • Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Understanding of safeguarding, child protection, health and safety, equality and SEN/Inclusion
  • A caring, reliable and professional approach to working with children and families
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
