The Role:
- Support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the Nursery.

- Lead and support the wider team, manage effectively and efficiently, uphold positive working relationships and be an effective mentor and role model.
- Partner with the Nursery Manager and EY Professionals to drive continuous improvement and meet Ofsted standards through collaboration.
- Ensure the provision of safe, high-quality education and care for all children attending the nursery.
- Assist the Nursery Manager in fulfilling all legal and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the Nursery Manager to set nursery goals and monitor progress in achieving targets alongside the Twizzle Tops Senior Team.
- Engage with parents and other staff members to address children’s individual needs and empower parents as partners in their children’s learning journey.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to safeguard the well-being of all children and team members at Twizzle Tops.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an Early Years setting.
- Holding at least a Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and current Ofsted statutory guidance.
- Proven experience in implementing high-quality learning opportunities and leading a team’s professional development.
- Understanding of child protection, health and safety, equal opportunities, and SEN/Inclusion, with experience supporting and leading a team in these areas.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality learning opportunities through collaboration and best practices.
