The Role
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed Early Years Educator to join our nursery team at Twizzle Tops Marsh Farm who is aspiring to do their qualification through our in house apprenticeship scheme. As an Unqualified Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care, supporting children’s learning and development, and creating a warm, safe and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. You will work closely with your Room Leader and Nursery Manager, contributing to a positive team culture and ensuring best practice is embedded in everyday routines.

We’re Looking for Someone Who Will:
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children’s learning through play-based, child-led experiences
- Build positive, nurturing relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with the Room Leader and wider team
- Observe, assess and plan for children’s next steps in learning
- Uphold safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare requirements at all times
- Support inclusion and meet the individual needs of all children
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to a well-organised learning environment
Experience working in an Early Years setting
Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Understanding of safeguarding, child protection, health and safety, equality and SEN/Inclusion
A caring, reliable and professional approach to working with children and families
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
