We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our nursery team at Twizzle Tops Wat Tyler. As a Level 3 Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care, supporting children’s learning and development, and creating a warm, safe and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. You will work closely with your Room Leader and Nursery Manager, contributing to a positive team culture and ensuring best practice is embedded in everyday routines.

We’re Looking for Someone Who Will:
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children’s learning through play-based, child-led experiences
- Build positive, nurturing relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with the Room Leader and wider team
- Observe, assess and plan for children’s next steps in learning
- Uphold safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare requirements at all times
- Support inclusion and meet the individual needs of all children
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to a well-organised learning environment
- Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an Early Years setting
- Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Understanding of safeguarding, child protection, health and safety, equality and SEN/Inclusion
- A caring, reliable and professional approach to working with children and families
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
