Are you passionate about helping children thrive through movement and excited by the opportunity to help grow a purpose-driven organisation? This is a dual-function leadership role that combines frontline gymnastics coaching excellence with the development of three of Moov's most important new growth channels. Alongside managing a pod of five schools, you will be responsible for building and growing Baby Gym, Schools, Camps and Weekend Hubs. These are three channels that extend Moov's reach, deepen community impact and grow revenue as the business scales.
Coaching Responsibilities
- Manage a pod of five schools, delivering ten Moov classes per week to a high and consistent standard.
- Lead, develop and support two Level 1 coaches within your pod, providing regular feedback, coaching and encouragement.
- Deliver the Moov experience in every session: playful, structured, purposeful and progression-based.
- Establish and run a regular programme of weekend and holiday camps, working with parents and schools to maximise attendance.
- Contribute to curriculum and product development alongside Amy and the wider coaching team.
- Attend weekly pod meetings to share observations, exchange ideas and maintain programme consistency.
- Build and sustain outstanding relationships with school staff, teachers and parents within your pod.
Baby Gym
- Develop and grow a Baby Gym programme, creating a structured, engaging offer for the youngest children and their parents and carers.
- Develop a partner network of nurseries across the county.
- Launch and manage Baby Gym sessions at the Home (Perry hub) and across the partner network.
Schools Camps
- Manage and grow the school’s camps programme across the tri-county area.
- Develop Moov's Weekend Hub model mini-hubs and weekend sessions running within school venues, extending the Moov offer beyond the school week.
Home Sessions
- Manage and develop rotational movement sessions at the Home in Perry, creating a vibrant, regular offering for the local community.
What do you need to have?
Qualifications
- Level 2 British Gymnastics coaching qualification (essential).
- First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain before start date).
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo).
Experience
- Demonstrated experience coaching children in gymnastics, dance, acro or a movement-based setting.
- Experience leading or supporting other coaches or team members.
- Experience organising or managing events, camps or recreational programmes (desirable).
- Demonstrable interest in business development, growth, operations or new channel management.
