We\’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented RFP and Tender Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the effective end-to-end management of received European or global RFPs, ensuring full tracking and coordination between different functions and departments. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our tender and contract processes run smoothly and efficiently, aligning with Twist Bioscience\’s commitment to quality and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As the RFP and Tender Specialist at Twist Bioscience, your responsibilities will include:
RFP and Tender Management
- Leading and coordinating the end-to-end process of Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI), acting as the focal point for the sales team and internal functions within Twist Bioscience.
- Collaborating with various departments within Twist Bioscience to gather necessary information and build compelling proposals that highlight our unique capabilities and value proposition.
- Developing and implementing project plans to successfully complete written responses to RFPs/RFIs and win tenders, reflecting Twist Bioscience\’s high standards.
- Prioritizing multiple proposals simultaneously, rigorously adhering to project timelines and ensuring alignment with Twist Bioscience\’s strategic objectives.
- Conducting the “first-pass” of each proposal and providing answers by researching Twist Bioscience\’s knowledge database, reviewing past proposals, and searching relevant websites.
- Providing comprehensive writing and editing expertise to ensure all aspects of the proposal are accurate, complete, error-free, and consistent with Twist Bioscience\’s brand voice.
- Acting as a project coordinator/manager to compile and submit all customer files, uploading documentation, and working within customer-specific portals as needed, maintaining the integrity of Twist Bioscience\’s data.
- Tracking and maintain upcoming, pending, and past RFP responses and analyzing RFP success rates to improve Twist Bioscience\’s processes.
- Leading project debriefings, analyzing issues or problems that occurred during the RFP process, and applying lessons learned to future proposals to enhance Twist Bioscience\’s efficiency.
- Training the sales team on the RFP process to ensure alignment with Twist Bioscience\’s guidelines and best practices.
- Providing regular reports and updates to management, keeping them informed of RFP progress and success rates.
