As a Product Delivery Director in the Reconciliations Transformation Team, you foster enhancements and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your skillset to transform product delivery and create new ways for teams to continuously deliver value to their customers.
Job responsibilities:
- Directs principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
- Owns the change management framework across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintains a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
- Coaches and mentors the product delivery team on best practices through collaborative discussions on resource management, dependency management, and deployment techniques to improve efficiencies.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Deep understanding of Securities Services as a Business, including products, business flows & client base.
- Understanding of Reconciliations Processes end to end and how they apply to Securities Services Products.
- Experience in driving investment based on benefits using a Data driven approach and OKRs.
- Experience with Automation Tools such as Alteryx, UI Path to introduce efficiency and scale to the Reconciliations Processes.
- Experience with AI / LM tools and LLM use cases to streamline STP for Reconciliations.
- Significant experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
- Extensive experience leading operational management and change readiness.
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
- Ability to build long lasting relationships across disciplines, understanding how the Product Delivery roles fits into the overall delivery: Technology, Product, Operations, AI Research, Sales, Transformation.
- Proven track record of delivery of large scale & complex transformation projects & programs.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to work and report progress to senior stakeholders and to simplify complex messages into digestible insights.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Understanding of Reconciliations in the wider CIB is a plus in order to identify opportunities for standardization of processes across Securities Services, Markets & Payments.
- Operations Leadership in the Reconciliations space is highly desirable.
- Technology Experience / practical technical knowledge of reconciliations is desirable.
- Product Owner qualifications are desirable.
- Recognized thought leader within a related field.
- Effective in giving and receiving feedback.
- Finance background to support consolidation of Cost to Serve Models and realization / tracking of benefits.
