Job responsibilities:

  • Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap.

  • Monitors competitors, market trends, and regulatory changes in the blockchain and digital assets space to maintain a leading market position.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area.
  • Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle.
  • Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
  • Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
  • Strong working knowledge of Web3, banking, finance, digital assets, and payments ecosystems.
  • Strong collaborator with proven ability to work alongside cross-functional partners, including Technology, Operations and Compliance.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect the dots across business and functional areas to deliver high-impact solutions for clients.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance and a strong sense of ownership.

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
