The J.P Morgan Technology team is composed of a team of professionals with very strong client relationships across a broad range of leading companies in a wide range of Technology verticals, including Software, Internet and Fintech verticals among others.
As an Associate within the Investment Banking Technology team, you will be a pivotal player in the origination and execution of investment banking mandates across all major product areas. Your responsibilities include participating in the "full cycle" of transactional execution including:
- Preparing marketing pitches
- Reviewing and formulating financial analysis
- Preparing and presenting internal committee memoranda
- Client presentations for use in M&A, public or private capital markets transactions and strategic dialogue
