As a Content Design Specialist Executive Director in Chief Technology Office (CTO) Engineering Services and Platforms (ESP), you will shape customer experiences using your content skills to build confidence and trust in our products and services. Your role involves developing and implementing strategic content initiatives that align with business requirements, driving customer confidence across multiple product lines. With a high degree of independent responsibility, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve complex problems and create innovative solutions. As an expert in strategy, architecture, and content design, your leadership will be instrumental to spearhead the content design of products and services developed by various teams. Your experience will be essential in delivering exceptional experiences unique to the JPMorgan Chase brand.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content design strategies that align with business objectives, user needs, and accessibility guidelines, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
  • Lead the structural design of an end‑to‑end experience (navigation, labeling, wayfinding) across channels.
  • Set and distribute quality standards and manage cross‑product voice and narrative structure for consistency across each product and experience offered.
  • Own the creation of content models using content patterns and taxonomies for complex products that offer engaging, user‑friendly experiences under tight timelines.
  • Advise senior management on effective content design and metrics demonstrating the effectiveness of content strategies.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proven expertise in content design, user experience design, or a related field, focusing on digital products and platforms.
  • Proven expertise in storytelling and content architecture.
  • Extensive experience leading discovery sessions to learn about products and propose the content design focused on discovery, reusability, and scalability across platforms and devices.
  • Experience driving content development across multiple platforms and channels with a consistent voice and narrative structure.
  • Strong technical literacy and a deep understanding of content platforms and the impact of technology on user experience.
  • Ability to quickly learn new financial services products and other offerings.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience working in a content design role in banking technology.
