Join Treasury and Chief Investment Office (TCIO) EMEA Balance Sheet and Analytics team to manage liquidity and support effective liquidity management. As a Vice President in the EMEA Balance Sheet and Analytics team within the Treasury and Chief Investment Office (TCIO), you will play a crucial role in managing liquidity across JPMorgan’s EMEA entities. This position offers an opportunity for career growth and skill development in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
As a member of the TCIO team, you will be responsible for managing liquidity, interpreting and implementing liquidity regulations, and producing analytics to support effective liquidity management. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure efficient usage of liquidity resources and contribute to regulatory documentation.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an understanding of liquidity-related regulations and internal stress testing methodologies relevant to EMEA legal entities.
- Assist in managing liquidity for in-scope EMEA legal entities and understanding day-to-day changes in liquidity positions.
- Produce daily MIS and distribute to key internal stakeholders.
- Conduct value-add analysis of medium and longer-term trends to support effective liquidity management.
- Collaborate with key internal clients and stakeholders, including Line of Business Treasury teams and the second line of defense for liquidity risk.
- Produce monthly and quarterly decks for TCIO management covering funding and liquidity across various EMEA entities.
- Contribute to the assessment of business initiatives and their impact on liquidity and funding.
- Support the team on ad hoc internal and regulatory initiatives and other requests as applicable.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Financial services industry experience with a focus on liquidity management, balance sheet, business analysis, and treasury experience.
- Ability to operate in an environment with a high level of scrutiny and collaborate effectively across teams and with senior management.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex issues succinctly.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across various lines of business, legal entities, and regions.
- Ability to excel under pressure, prioritize effectively across multiple tasks, and see through to closure.
- Ability to leverage technology to interrogate and analyze large quantities of data and present results coherently.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in a similar role within a large financial institution.
- Familiarity with EMEA liquidity regulations and stress testing methodologies.
