The role requires clear strategic vision and strong commitment to platform transformation and modernization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead key digital initiatives, reimagining the client experience and driving operational efficiency.
- Strategize and implement solutions with a global team across EMEA, Asia, and LATAM.
- Define scope, use cases, workflows, wire‑frames, product requirements, and other materials for UX design and development.
- Create concise business requirements in the form of user stories.
- Partner with distributed technology and operations teams to keep deliverables on track.
