Key Responsibilities
- Commercial & Client Engagement
- Generate leads and opportunities for TSR solutions in the UK & Irl. market.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align lead generation campaigns with TSR solutions.
- Receive and review client enquiries, investigate solutions, and produce costings and quotations.
- Follow up quotations in a timely manner to secure profitable orders, positioning Twintec as the preferred contractor.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through regular meetings and site visits.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine Twintec’s positioning.
- Project Management & Operations
- Ensure design requirements, drawings, and material approvals are obtained where necessary.
- Assign and manage TSR team members to carry out works.
- Liaise with Senior Operations Manager for additional labour resource requirements.
- On securing an order, produce required paperwork as detailed in won project flowcharts.
- Prepare and issue method statements and risk assessments as required.
- Ensure clear definition of scope of works and obtain written client agreement/instructions.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Oversee project from securing to completion, adding on site as required.
- Ensure all works comply with UK & Irl. regulations, HSE standards, and Twintec’s internal quality benchmarks.
- Identify potential risks in project execution (technical, financial, contractual) and elevate internally as required.
- Negotiate with suppliers and labour providers to obtain best pricing, service.
- Ensure strong relationships with external partners to support project delivery.
- Reporting & Communication
- Provide General Manager with regular and frequent updates regarding projects as requested.
- Track and report on project profitability in conjunction with Finance Manager.
- Ensure all information is saved to GD and Hubspot and updated regularly.
Aftercare: Purpose of the Role
To lead and manage the Aftercare Program of Works, ensuring all activities are delivered in line with Twintec’s Aftercare Procedure, Defects Policy, and warranty requirements. The role safeguards client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and technical excellence by overseeing repairs, coordinating resources, QA, safety and maintaining professional communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Aftercare Program of Works and staff in line with Aftercare Procedure and Twintec Defects Policy and warranty requirements.
- Liaise with clients in a professional and timely manner; producing reports and advising on repairs.
- Prepare and issue method statements and risk assessments.
- Manage stock of aftercare repair materials and equipment with Logistics & Equipment Manager.
- Ensure repairs are carried out in a timely, cost effective and technically appropriate manner.
- Produce and circulate weekly Aftercare program of works.
- Assist Senior Operations Manager for response and closure of NCRs when required.
- Negotiate best prices with suppliers and approve invoices.
- Clear defects in a timely organised manner.
