The Service Change Analyst Role:
You’ll be instrumental in onboarding and integrating new use cases into our live Agile Software projects, working closely with Solution and Technical Architects, Service Managers, and directly with customer stakeholders. Your mission: ensure smooth, secure, and efficient service changes that align with customer Service Architecture.
This is not a tick-box role—it’s a dynamic, high-ownership position where your input will shape how we deliver future-focused solutions across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities of the Service Charge Analyst:
- Collaborate with architects to deliver seamless service change integration
- Own onboarding activities across multiple Agile projects
- Maintain Jira backlogs and produce insightful service change reports
- Support and document the full lifecycle of service change—from discovery to retirement
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Play a key role in maintaining operational excellence within our Service Delivery function
What You’ll Bring:
- Demonstrable experience in service change or project delivery roles
- Familiarity with Agile software environments and Jira/Confluence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- A proactive, adaptable attitude and commitment to quality delivery
