You’ll join a highly capable team of engineers and service professionals, all driven by purpose and united by passion for getting things done right. The Service Change Analyst Role: You’ll be instrumental in onboarding and integrating new use cases into our live Agile Software projects, working closely with Solution and Technical Architects, Service Managers, and directly with customer stakeholders. Your mission: ensure smooth, secure, and efficient service changes that align with customer Service Architecture. This is not a tick-box role—it’s a dynamic, high-ownership position where your input will shape how we deliver future-focused solutions across multiple projects.
