Competitive salary and benefits package of £75,000 to £95,000 P.A. depending on experience:

Fully remote until our Bristol office is completed (expected early 2027), then moving to a hybrid model of 3 days onsite in Bristol and 2 days working from home with occasional expensed travel to Herefordshire and Corsham.

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining resilient systems that support critical operations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to influence technical direction, improve system performance, and contribute to meaningful projects.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Site Reliability Engineer:

  • Designing and maintaining reliable, scalable physical and virtual infrastructure
  • Monitoring system performance and proactively resolving issues
  • Operating across the full infrastructure stack, from bare metal systems through to virtualised deployments and the applications running within them.

Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or similar roles, AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools. Understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
