About The Role: We are looking for a Marketing Lead to take ownership of our marketing function end-to-end and help scale Twinstake’s commercial impact. This is a hands-on, standalone role suited to a mid-level generalist marketer who is ready to step into a high-impact position, combining strategic thinking with strong execution. The role spans the full marketing lifecycle, including top-of-funnel lead generation, CRM and email campaigns, content creation and distribution, digital marketing and SEO, brand building, and event support.

You will sit within the commercial function (sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success) and report directly to the VP of Sales, working closely with sales and other commercial stakeholders to drive pipeline growth, strengthen market positioning, and support go-to-market initiatives. The role is well-suited to a strong generalist marketer who is comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders, translating commercial objectives into practical marketing execution, and operating with a high degree of autonomy.

While this role offers flexibility in working patterns, we are ideally looking for someone based in London to enable regular in-person collaboration with the commercial team and broader business. This position is well suited to someone with experience in a start-up or early scale-up environment who is highly organised, self-sufficient, and motivated by ownership. Over time, there is scope for this role to evolve as the company and marketing function continue to grow.

What You Will Contribute:

  • Top-of-funnel, growth & demand generation
  • Owning and executing lead generation initiatives across digital channels
  • Managing CRM, email marketing and nurture campaigns to support pipeline growth
  • Designing and running data-driven digital campaigns, testing and iterating based on performance
  • Tracking performance metrics and turning insights into action
  • Content, distribution & thought leadership
  • Creating and overseeing high-quality content across formats (blogs, thought leadership pieces, whitepapers, case studies, website copy)
  • Managing content distribution across social, newsletters, website and other relevant channels
  • Helping position Twinstake as a credible institutional voice in staking and digital assets
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to surface strong stories and insights
  • Brand building & visibility
  • Strengthening and evolving our brand positioning, tone of voice and messaging
  • Driving visibility across the ecosystem through content, campaigns, partnerships and events
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, from sales collateral to external communications
  • Sales enablement & stakeholder collaboration
  • Working closely with sales on enablement materials, campaigns and GTM initiatives
  • Supporting sales enablement sessions with tailored collateral and messaging
  • Acting as a trusted partner to commercial stakeholders across sales, partnerships and customer success
  • Events & ecosystem presence
  • Supporting event planning, coordination and execution (conferences, roundtables, sponsorships)
  • Helping maximise ROI from events through pre- and post-event campaigns and content
  • Marketing ownership & light strategy
  • Owning the marketing roadmap and priorities, balancing short-term execution with longer-term impact
  • Bringing structure, organisation and clarity to how marketing is run
  • Making pragmatic, outcome-focused decisions in a fast-moving environment

What You Bring:

  • Solid experience in B2B marketing, ideally in fintech, financial services, SaaS or adjacent sectors
  • Strong hands-on execution experience across content, digital marketing, CRM/email and campaigns
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and supporting revenue-driven initiatives
  • Comfort operating as a standalone marketer in a start-up environment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimising campaign performance
  • Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Hubspot or similar) and pipeline management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter with high energy and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
