How to Apply

Send your CV to with the subject line: Founder's Associate Application. In the email body, tell us briefly: why this role, and why you.

About Twinnin

Twinnin is the registry where verified humans license their face to brands, broadcasters, and AI labs — and get paid every time it's used. AI models are trained on human faces without consent or compensation, and the laws haven't kept up. We're changing that.

We're featured in Deadline, IMDb, and Yahoo Finance, backed by SFC Capital, with 2,500+ verified twins across three continents. We're a small, ambitious team with a dynamic working environment, and we're just getting started.

The Opportunity

As Twinnin grows, the founder needs a right hand. This is a broad, high-ownership role where you'll work directly with our CEO & Co-Founders across day-to-day operations, marketing, finance, and special projects. There's no narrow lane, you'll see and touch the full breadth of how the company runs.

NOTE: This is a contractor / self-employed engagement.

What We Offer

  • Compensation: ~£1.5-2k/month (potentially on a part-time basis)
  • Generous holiday allowance
  • Flexible hybrid working
  • Access to the latest AI tools and tech
  • Regular team socials and events
  • The chance to be part of something genuinely new, at the ground floor

What You'll Own

  • Business Operations
    • Keep the business running smoothly day-to-day — spotting issues early and fixing them before they slow the team down
    • Manage light finance operations: tracking invoices, processing bills, handling VAT, and liaising with our accountants
    • Maintain internal documentation and shared resources so the team can always find what they need
    • Admin work for our Twinnin platform
    • Bespoke client project management & client communication
  • Marketing & Communications
    • Support CRM and campaign management, e.g. Klaviyo
    • Help run Twinnin's social media presence, creating and scheduling content using Canva and other tools
    • Assist with the coordination and logistics of conferences, partnerships, and community events
  • Founder Support & Special Projects
    • Work directly with the CEO on one-off projects: product launches, event planning, new initiatives
    • Research, prepare, follow up, and execute across whatever matters most right now
    • Adapt as priorities shift, in an early-stage company, no two weeks look the same

What You'll Need

  • 1 - 3 years of experience
  • Some professional or hands-on experience — this could be a first or second role, a placement year, or relevant freelance work
  • Good written and verbal communication in English
  • Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) — or curious to learn
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage your own time without constant check-ins
  • Based in or near London, available to come in for key sessions
  • You must have the right to work in the UK, we are not able to offer visa sponsorship at this time

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to marketing, social media, entertainment or content creation
  • Familiarity with Canva, Klaviyo, or similar tools
  • Curiosity about AI, tech, or the creator/talent space

Don't tick every box? That's fine! We're looking for motivated people first. If you're excited about what we're building and think you'd thrive in a fast-moving startup environment, please apply anyway.

Who You Are

You're proactive and get things done without needing someone to spell everything out. You're organised enough that NOTHING falls through the cracks, and adaptable enough that a shifting priority doesn't throw you off. You're curious, eager to learn, and find energy in variety rather than routine.

Most importantly, you care. About the work, about doing it well, and about being part of something that matters.

What Success Looks Like (3–6 Months)

The founder can rely on you. Operations run without constant oversight. Social and campaigns go out on time. When something new lands, you're already thinking through what needs to happen. The team feels the difference.
