As a fast‑growing, mission‑driven organisation, we are building a high‑impact Strategy & Operations team and seeking a Project Manager to help us scale quickly and sustainably with confidence and conviction.

Core Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership & Execution: Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of key strategic initiatives and special projects. You will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Break down complex business goals into manageable milestones and proactively propose solutions to ambiguous challenges.
- Risk Navigation: Identify and help to mitigate project‑level risks and dependencies, designing contingency strategies to ensure smooth and successful delivery.
- Change Leadership: Assess and manage the impact of project changes on the team and wider organisation to ensure smooth adoption.
- Cross‑Functional Orchestration: Facilitate collaboration across teams and senior stakeholders in Product, Marketing, Tech and others to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks to execution.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as a central point of contact, providing clear and relevant updates to senior stakeholders to drive organisational alignment or decision‑making.
- Operational Excellence: Track and report on project KPIs to ensure data‑driven decision‑making and identify opportunities for process optimisation.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience: 5+ years experience in an operational or Project Manager role, with a track record of successfully leading complex, cross‑functional projects from inception to completion.
- Methodology: Practical experience applying project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) tailored to project needs.
- Technical Literacy: Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and the ability to operate confidently alongside engineering and product teams.
- Commercial Mindset: Ability to align project outcomes with business fundamentals and manage budgets or business cases effectively.
- Change Management: Experience in managing the people‑side of project delivery, ensuring stakeholders are aligned, informed, and prepared for process or technical change.
- Communication Excellence: The ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior leadership.
