Key Responsibilities
- Support campaign setup, including data imports, cleaning, list building and QA testing before launch
- Monitor and maintain data quality (deduplication, bounce checks, field updates)
- Manage suppression lists and monitor deliverability to maintain email health
- Collate and share campaign performance reports using existing dashboards
- Help document marketing processes and ensure the team has access to clear guidance
- Support with delivery of campaign assets (e.g. emails and landing pages) during busy periods
- Provide first-line troubleshooting on data/campaign queries, escalating to Exec or Head of Marketing where needed
- Stay up to date with data handling best practices and compliance
Qualifications and Skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Interest in marketing operations and data-driven marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, willing to learn new systems and processes (training will be provided)
- Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles is desirable (training will be provided)
