About the Role: Are you a strategic HR professional ready to translate business goals into people strategies? As our HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in enabling performance, driving growth, and enhancing organisational effectiveness. You will deliver scalable workforce solutions, strengthen leadership capability, and actively shape our culture to achieve sustainable business outcomes.
What this role will involve:
- Business Strategy Translation: Convert business objectives into proactive people strategies that unlock performance and growth
- Organisational Design: Shape people structures and ways of working to enable agility and effectiveness
- Culture as a Competitive Advantage: Architect culture interventions that attract top talent and drive discretionary effort
- Leadership Advisory: Challenge and counsel leaders on key people decisions that impact business outcomes
- Employment Risk & Relations: Ensure the organisation operates within robust, scalable frameworks that enable performance and mitigate risk
What We’re Looking For:
- Business strategy fluency and commercial thinking
- Workforce planning and data‑driven design
- Experience with organisational design frameworks and system thinking
- Culture diagnostics, behavioural change, and employer brand
- Executive presence, strategic counsel, and the courage to challenge
- Proactive management of employee relations, employment law compliance and policy / procedure design
- Influencing and advisory skills, enabling leaders to make confident, compliant people decisions
- Discretion and professionalism, handling sensitive matters with integrity and consistency
