Twinkl is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing B2B Sales team, supporting schools and educational organisations across the UK & Ireland. In this role, you’ll drive growth by selling Twinkl memberships and products to schools, MATs, and senior educational leaders. You’ll identify new business opportunities, manage inbound leads, and build strong relationships with customers across the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and lead generation
- Convert inbound enquiries into customers
- Promote Twinkl’s products and demonstrate their value to educators
- Build relationships with Headteachers, MAT leaders, SLTs, and subject leaders
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records using HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve performance
What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
