Your responsibilities include shaping and executing strategies that improve educational outcomes, through developing relevant content covering all aspects of school improvement, while aligning with market opportunities. You will oversee and manage the performance of our experienced leaders team; a team of experienced school leaders who write and develop our content for schools and trusts. You will identify opportunities, prioritise resources, and collaborate closely with marketing and school teams to communicate and sell your category of content. To ensure schools and trusts are aware of the quality and breadth of our offer, you will spearhead market expansion and revenue growth by developing strategic go-to-market plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise product performance and meet business objectives. A crucial part of your role will be driving strategies to effectively communicate and sell Twinkl’s offerings, ensuring they resonate with trust/school leaders, educators and other key stakeholders. Additionally, you will partner with school leaders to implement thought leadership initiatives that foster innovative teaching practices, generate research-based insights, and cultivate a network of experts within the education sector. Key Responsibilities: Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop and implement GTM strategies for both B2C and B2B markets, focusing on customer segmentation, pricing, and promotional tactics. Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate initiative effectiveness. Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their understanding of Twinkl’s products and market positioning. Thought Leadership & Market Positioning: Lead the development of thought leadership initiatives in the education sector, including research studies, white papers, and opinion pieces. Establish yourself as a thought leader by staying informed on market trends, engaging with key influencers, and representing Twinkl at industry events. Collaborate with stakeholders to promote innovative teaching practices and build a network of education experts. Content Development & Innovation: Collaborate with content teams to enhance and innovate Twinkl’s educational offerings. Guide the creation of new products tailored to your area and other key segments. Ensure content quality and relevance through continuous feedback from educators and market analysis. Market Expansion & Customer Engagement: Identify and penetrate key markets by working with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and drive sales. Foster strong customer relationships and implement strategies to enhance user satisfaction. Build local partnerships and deliver world-class, localised customer support to support market growth. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role within UK schools or trusts. Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies to improve educational outcomes, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. QTS. Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and thought leadership skills, with experience in public speaking. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, market trends, and develop actionable insights.
