As a key part of our Brand & Creative team, you’ll transform strategic briefs into standout visuals across campaigns, sales materials, and partnerships. Working primarily on B2B-facing projects, you’ll help shape how Twinkl communicates its value to schools, trusts, and education leaders – creating assets that feel both practical and powerful.
You’ll be responsible for balancing creativity with clarity, ensuring that every asset is visually engaging, brand-aligned, and easy to understand.
How You’ll Spend Your Day:
Create smart, engaging visual assets for B2B campaigns, including paid ads, decks, guides, and landing pages.
Support campaign launches and sales efforts with design materials that clearly communicate product value to school leaders and decision-makers.
Balance brand with clarity – ensuring every design feels cohesive, but also performs well for the audience and platform.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to make sure your designs connect with strategy and goals.
Adapt and rework existing assets where needed for speed and consistency – while also pushing standards upward.
Respond to feedback and iterate confidently, maintaining high quality while hitting deadlines.

To Succeed in the Role, You Will:
Have 2 – 4 years of experience in a similar design role (in-house or agency), ideally working on B2B or education-related brands.
Be confident using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (bonus if you\’re comfortable with Canva or motion tools like After Effects).
Be comfortable working remotely, managing your own workload and collaborating with others online.
Understand how to make information-heavy content clear, digestible and appealing.
Know how to use hierarchy, layout, and type to tell a visual story.
Be proactive, organised and comfortable owning your own projects end-to-end.
