Pay Information
This role has a base pay range of £XX-£YY (provided by Twinkl). The final salary will depend on your skills and experience – discuss with your recruiter for details.
Position Details
- Location: Sheffield – hybrid/remote available.
- Hours: 37.5 per week
- Contract: Permanent (after probation)
- Reports to: Head of B2B Marketing
Responsibilities
- Support campaign setup, including data imports, cleaning, list building and QA testing before launch.
- Monitor and maintain data quality (deduplication, bounce checks, field updates).
- Manage suppression lists and monitor deliverability to maintain email health.
- Collate and share campaign performance reports using existing dashboards.
- Help document marketing processes and provide clear guidance to the team.
- Assist with delivery of campaign assets (emails and landing pages) during busy periods.
- Provide first‑line troubleshooting on data/campaign queries, escalating to executive or head of marketing as needed.
- Stay up to date with data handling best practices and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Interest in marketing operations and data‑driven marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, willing to learn new systems and processes (training provided).
- Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles desirable (training provided).
