What You Will Be Doing
- Strategy & Transformation: Set the strategic direction for recruitment, translating Twinkl's business goals into measurable recruitment outcomes. Lead high-impact transformational projects to ensure our TA function remains future-fit.
- Sourcing & Insights: Design and lead a company-wide sourcing strategy. You will integrate market trends, competitive analysis, skills forecasting, and workforce planning, presenting key intelligence and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Candidate Experience & Selection: Own the standards for a best-in-class, compliant, and inclusive candidate experience, from assessment design through to onboarding. Continuously audit and improve the lifecycle quality, risk, and conversion rates.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Establish the strategic talent acquisition partnership model, aligning delivery with functional priorities. You will consult with and influence senior stakeholders, championing best practices in hiring.
- Process, Data, & Compliance: Oversee the data strategy, process, and compliance for the function. Deliver insightful data analysis and reporting, interpreting it to inform strategic recruitment decisions and planning.
- Commercial Awareness: Drive commercial direction for recruitment initiatives, making decisions that minimise cost while aligning with strategic budgets.

- Proven expertise in effective management and leadership within a Talent Acquisition environment.
- Demonstrable experience in workforce planning and strategic talent attraction and selection.
- Advanced skills in market and data analytics, with the ability to interpret and act on complex reports.
- Exceptional stakeholder influencing and consultation skills at a senior level.
- Track record of successful transformation project management.
- Direct experience with budget, resource ownership, and managing team performance.
