The Role: We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support and work closely with senior leaders to ensure that our people strategy aligns with business goals and fosters a high-performance, engaged workforce. This role is critical in driving HR initiatives, supporting leadership and ensuring employees have the tools, resources and development opportunities to thrive. In addition to partnering with business leaders, this role will also line manage the HR administration team, ensuring smooth and efficient HR service delivery.
Ongoing projects/how you’ll spend your day:
- Acting as a strategic partner to senior leaders, providing guidance on talent planning, employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
- Using HR data and analytics to identify workforce trends and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Managing complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Supporting change management initiatives, including organisational design and workforce planning.
- Leading and managing the HR administration team, ensuring the effective delivery of HR processes and services.
To succeed in the role, you will:
- Have a strategic mindset, with the ability to align HR initiatives to business objectives.
- Be experienced in employee relations, performance management and talent development.
- Be comfortable using HR analytics and HRIS platforms to drive decisions.
- Have strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence and advise leaders.
You’ll work with:
- Leaders from departments across the business, acting as a strategic HR advisor.
- The HR administration team.
- The wider HR team, including Talent and Learning & Development.
- Finance and Legal teams.
We’re interested in anyone who meets all of the following:
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner.
- Hold at least a Level 5 CIPD qualification.
- Experience managing HR administration teams.
- Excellent knowledge of employment law, employee relations and performance management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global or remote environment.
- Essential for remote working - You will need access to a fast and reliable internet connection of at least 6mb down and 1mb upload.
