This unique role blends strong digital design craft with an eye for packaging, automation, and conversion-focused creativity - alongside a confident grasp of copy. While not a full copywriting role, the ideal candidate will be comfortable crafting short, impactful messaging that enhances the visual work and helps drive engagement. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming our resource packaging/ previews (the digital equivalent of an activity book cover) into compelling visual assets that combine smart design, illustration and concise copy to increase subscriptions and product visibility. You\'ll work closely with our Product Marketing team and the Head of Creative to roll out a scalable system of automated templates across thousands of digital assets - relying on strong testing strategy and data insights from Product Marketing and Product/CRO teams to inform and refine creative decisions. This is a high-impact opportunity suited to an experienced mid-weight or senior designer ready to make their mark.
