Excellent visual design skills and a strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, and accessibility.

Comfortable designing for mobile-first and responsive formats.

Experience designing with Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Knowledge of A/B testing principles and basic analytics.

If you get excited by clean interfaces, clever email layouts, and designs that genuinely help people find what they need faster, this could be the one for you. You’re practical, collaborative, and keen to design work that makes a difference in the lives of educators every day.
