About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Integrated Producer to join our dynamic and growing In-House Creative Agency. This isn’t just another production role; it’s a pivotal position for an experienced Senior Integrated Producer. We operate in a very fast-paced environment, managing a large volume of diverse projects simultaneously, from quick-turnaround social content to complex, multi-platform campaigns. We aim to build a world-class production capability that delivers seamless, strategic, multi-channel creative projects across digital, print, moving image and experiential platforms. This role is crucial to elevate our current output, drive operational excellence, and strategically shape our future. You’ll be instrumental in both delivering exceptional work now and helping us build the team and processes for tomorrow.
Ongoing projects/how you’ll spend your day:
- Leading complex, multi-channel campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring they’re on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations across all platforms.
- Strategically managing resources and workflows for diverse integrated projects, making sure the right talent is on the right task.
- Mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level producers, sharing your expertise to help them develop and grow their skills in integrated production.
- Driving process innovation, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality across our integrated production pipelines.
- Fostering strong client relationships, acting as a senior partner and ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment on all projects.
- Sourcing and onboarding specialised freelancers to complement our in-house team for specific project needs.

To succeed in the role, you will:
- Demonstrate extensive experience (5+ years) leading complex integrated production projects across various channels (across digital, print, moving image and experiential platforms).
- Possess a strategic mindset with a proven ability to optimise workflows, manage resources creatively, and drive operational excellence at scale.
- Exhibit exceptional leadership and mentorship skills, with a genuine passion for developing talent and building high-performing teams.
- Be a proactive problem-solver and an advocate for continuous improvement, always seeking innovative solutions.
- Have strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets across complex integrated scopes.
- Proven ability to source, vet, and manage external freelancers, ensuring seamless integration and quality output.
You’ll work with:
- Our Head of Creative Production to define and execute the future vision for the production department.
- Head of Creative and Assistant Creative Directors to translate ambitious ideas into actionable, integrated production plans.
- Cross-functional teams, including strategy, client services, digital, and content specialists, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- External vendors and partners, cultivating strong relationships to bring diverse production needs to life, including a network of top-tier freelancers.
We’re interested in anyone who meets one, or a combination of the following:
- A proven track record as a Senior Integrated Producer in an agency or in-house team, with a portfolio showcasing complex, multi-channel integrated campaigns.
- Demonstrable experience in team leadership, mentorship, and contributing to the strategic direction of a production department.
- Expertise in various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and their application to integrated projects.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, risk management, and legal considerations across diverse production types (e.g., live-action, animation, interactive, social content).
- Established network and experience in sourcing and managing highly skilled freelancers.
