Junior Copywriter – Remote, UK

Responsibilities

• Write headlines, social copy, emails, and campaign messaging, refining and polishing work under senior guidance.
• Contribute ideas in brainstorming and creative sessions, bringing fresh perspectives and bold ideas.
• Write for a wide range of formats—paid social, email subject lines, landing pages, campaign copy—adapting tone for each channel.
• Collaborate with art directors, designers, other copywriters, and marketers to deliver integrated campaign concepts and creative solutions.
• Champion Twinkl’s tone of voice, ensuring messages are authentic, supportive, and in solidarity with educators.

Qualifications

• Professional copywriting experience from an agency placement, internship, or early‑career role with a portfolio that demonstrates craft and potential.
• Ambitious, driven, and ready to take ownership of briefs and showcase creativity.
• Open to feedback, eager to learn, and able to use constructive criticism to improve work.
• Natural curiosity about language, storytelling, and what makes campaigns resonate with audiences.
• Comfortable writing across channels—from social posts and email copy to campaign headlines—and excited to expand this range.
• Thrive in collaboration with experienced copywriters, art directors/designers, and marketers.
• Organised and proactive, juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines while developing craft.
• Excited to work in a fast‑paced, purpose‑led environment, producing outstanding work early in your career.
